<p><a href="http:www.toptal.com" target="_blank">Toptal</a> is awarding five scholarships during 2018-19 that will empower aspiring female leaders. The award is $10,000 USD plus a year of mentorship, one prize per region to current residents of Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. </p>
