only the expensive hardcover version is available for now. Paperback edition
will probably be published next year, but individual and libraries’ purchases
will help to secure/expedite the publication of the paperback edition so it becomes
available for those who might be less financially affluent.</span> If you teach
at an educational institution, thus, please feel free to forward this book
release news to its acquisition librarian. Pasted below find two links
where the book can be ordered (cheaper in Amazon), as well as to a book
presentation event in case you live in the Bay Area of California. I am also
