The Decentralist Manifesto he and others put together in the 1950s is worth looking at. Also Fritz Schumacher was a close friend of Bob Swann and the Institute for Community Economics in the USA set up by Swann and Borsodi. ICE was hugely important in innovating co-operative land and co-operative finance solutions. </div><div><br></div><div>But few mainstream socialists know anything at all about this really practical non-violent groups of peace makers who are all are part of a decentralising socialist tradition. Indeed all commoners!</div><div><br></div><div>I have just put up a series of articles on the CLTs and how to establish them practically. Stacco or Michel can share the link.
