How to change the international rules<br>
for the commons in European Union?<br>

will take place May, 22sd, from 13:00 to 16:00<br>
at the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung e.V. Schumannstr. 8, Berlin.<br>
<br>
It aims to take advantage of the opportunity offered by the Economics<br>
Commons Conference (ECC) that will take place from 22 to 24 of may in<br>
Berlin, to share initiatives that converge around commons based rights<br>
approaches, especially in European Union.<br>
<br>
The workshop would bring together some 25/30 people (mainly) from<br>
Europe, to discuss, share information on the campaigns and agendas,<br>
do links between initiatives in particular on :<br>
- legislative changes or frameworks used by commons<br>
- ongoing work on services of general interest within the European<br>
legislation.<br>
<br>
We would like to offer the opportunity to share, build and renew<br>
common arguments, used within the struggles dedicated to the different<br>
types of commons ressources (material / immaterial, Globa / local, ...<br>
etc), at the local, national and European level.<br>
<br>
The invitation is open to people, registered and not registered in the<br>
ECC. It is also open to people from other régions that could share<br>
their own researches and experiments and take advantage from the<br>
European one.<br>
<br>
The methodology is a work in progress. It is based on an open<br>
discussion with short presentations of initiatives, depending of the<br>
participants registered.<br>

of participants is limited to ~35 people. If you are willing to do so,<br>
please give us a reply as soon as possible and (for the participants<br>
to ECC, consider the changes that this may imply in your travel<br>
