I have had no time to write a review but I have read it, and it is an excellent book. Essentially, it lucidly deals with the need for policy-makers to introduce legislation to curb wasteful overconsumption in India, and other emerging economies <VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>as they grow richer. It is written by Chandran Nair, a noted businessman. </DIV>
