A Financial Transactions Tax is the exact opposite of a land value tax. Land is precisely�<span style="font-style: italic;">localised.�</span>Transactions are completely�<span style="font-style: italic;">delocalised.</span>Land is a purely real economic factor. Transactions are purely non-real.<br>
