Le MES est bas� sur un amendement de l�article 136 du TFUE du 23 mars 2011 [11], qui, en fait, constitue un accroissement du pouvoir de l�Union Europ�enne. Et parce que cet amendement est bas� sur l�article 48.6 du Trait� de l�Union Europ�enne (TUE), cela est ill�gal. [12] Mais � Bruxelles ils s�en foutent et m�me les Parlements nationaux trouvent les r�gles d�mocratiques pas suffisamment importantes pour refuser cette construction ill�gale. En effet, la cons�quence serait, que la population devrait d�abord se prononcer sur cette extension du pouvoir de Bruxelles. Et ce peuple d�bile voterait certainement contre.</div>
