<br>is very strongly recommended, as it sheds light on the new mechanisms of metagovernance instituted after the meltdown.<br><br>Disturbing is that the author does not seem to see much possibility of change through agency from below, but as a realistic account of what is happening 'from above' this is really stellar.<br>
