I'm not sure whether you have already come across "Gemeinwohl-�konomie", a model for an economy that aims at maximizing social benefit instead of profit. The movement was started here in Austria by Christian Felber and his book , "l'economie citoyenne" will be published in France on 6 April.<br>

We have several teams here working on making things very concrete and, in particular, on balance sheets that include the social and environmental impact. 50 enterprises are pioneering it this year and will present their balance sheets to the public in autumn. They are now looking for enterprises in France (or the French-speaking world) to act as pioneers in their country as well.<br>
