Haiti Quake, Peru, Yogjakarta, Leyte, Pakistan, Servodaya and others, and is<br>
now adopted by the City of New York Office of Emergency Management as result<br>
of post 911 requirement determinations.<br>

I have started a mailing list on Monday now some 20+ members<br>
subscribed. Only one is from Sendai city government, from inside.<br>
Others include central gov guys, some local gov outside, cloud<br>
and software developpers, etc. �But this list is only in Japanese.<br>
<br>
Many others are trying to implement services - almost on the fly<br>
without much coordination, and this is quite anticipated so that<br>
I proposed to have coordination team.<br>
<br>
I have already introduced ushahidi and ChristChruch forum to<br>
this list and waiting for the reaction. I also am trying to reach<br>
others working in the field.<br>
