This book was published in 2004, shortly after Pay Pal sold out to eBay.<br>
There are many lessons to be learned from the Pay Pal experience about what it takes to bring a significant innovation to market and to scale.<br>
We need to find news ways of doing that which do not depend upon conventional business models or VC financing.<br>
