Dear All,

Commons Network has  been developing a policy paper on the EU and the
Commons. We planned to have this finished a while ago but unfortunately we
do not have the final version ready. Nevertheless, we wanted to share our
executive summary and main recommendations with you as a working paper, as
the content is so relevant for the upcoming meeting of this Assembly.
