I'm pleased to send along the final report of our Deep Dive in Lehnin,
Germany, in late February, "State Power and Commoning:  Transcending a
Problematic Relationship."  All of you saw the draft version of the report,
but this revised version reflects a variety of clarifications, corrections
and other minor edits to the draft.
