There is a global event, however starting in 3 hours :) http://gofossilfree.org
...Dreaming about inviting as many activist and commoners as possible to Occupy Kobane to camp, campaign and help Kobane Solidarity Network and local assembly to rebuild the town as a totally green and ecological 21st century Babylon...
Climate there is adequate to work outside from May till October. While building the hope We could from there give a live and strong voice to Paris Cop15!
If we could start organizing ourselves, and planning towards ECB and WSF, till May we could have the road map clear!
Then from Greece to Kobane, from Kobane to Istanbul and Paris we can have a concrete model to show to the elite.. And a road to walk all together :)

In the US, widespread networks in the climate movement are beginning to organize together and are connecting with other movements like #BlackLivesMatter. It looks like we’ll use cop15 Paris as a target date for a climax to a cascade of actions. Another prime opportunity this year for the commons movement is to connect with the climate movement. Is anyone organizing to treat climate change as a commons problem? I heard about the Sky Trust idea years ago, but I’m not aware of any current efforts to connect climate justice with the commons.

Just replied to Vasilis and Michel saying that ECB action in March, and WSF in Tunis will be key spaces to converge further, as wide forces as possible, to give full support to Greece, and Kobane, then will Spain join in, with Podemos it seems, g20 istanbul and cop15 Paris would be movement spaces to converge further.
