[P2P-F] bittorrent + bitcoin

I came across an old issue (Dec 2013) of Bitcoin Magazine which
describes a proposal to incorporate the Bitcoin protocol within
BitTorrent to enable micropayments. The article claims that this can
simplify direct payments to content creators themselves.

I wonder if this can help towards the solution of a problem that
Michel has been referring to several times, about the private
appropriation of value created on a platform that is built up
collectively.
