we read that he accept and like the private occupation of knowledge. In

In your report you analyse the connectivity situation in Ecuador. 2 
companies from the state and 1 private. And do you find a interest for a 
real support of the peoples (pueblo) with a free access to the 
communication system? Never they have this interest. They want to 
organize the needs for knowledge and exchange of idea and experience as 
a object to capitalization.

If they would have a real interest, it would be very easy to do and we 
would see very different methods. But in the papers, also from Jenny 
Torres, you find nothing. Only bla, bla, bla.
