Yes, of course. But then, i have no payed Abo for your reports. Can i
read it on your page then?

d'etat of daniel Vazquez
No, it is not only Daniel Vazquez. This is impossible. Daniel is only
the symbol of the thinking and intentions of the people in the
institutions in Ecuador.
You published in your report the speech of Rene Ramirez. And in his text
we read that he accept and like the private occupation of knowledge. In
principle. And, maybe, the most people in the FLOK environment like it
also. Maybe also Michel. I don't know. I hope also for Jakob, Brian and you.
I am shure for Franz, Quiliro and me. But this is a fundamental
difference to the FLOK project and his fundamental papers. "Social
knowledge economy" what is that? A merket oriented economy with
knowledge as his objects. In german "Wissensgesellschaft" oder
"Dienstleistungsgesellschaft". A big joke.
In your report you analyse the connectivity situation in Ecuador. 2
companies from the state and 1 private. And do you find a interest for a
real support of the peoples (pueblo) with a free access to the
communication system? Never they have this interest. They want to
organize the needs for knowledge and exchange of idea and experience as
a object to capitalization.
If they would have a real interest, it would be very easy to do and we
would see very different methods. But in the papers, also from Jenny
Torres, you find nothing. Only bla, bla, bla.
many greetings, willi
