[P2P-F] Commons Transition Plan for Ecuador available in pdf format

Dear Michel, this is pretty unique and precious...
However, the form the information is publishes is not amenable for viewing
and sharing.
Do you have a more user-friendly version (html, pdf, whatever?)
I think it´s important to make it known in Brazil at this point when new
programs for the coming government (2015-2018) is on the making in the
several political parties, and Ecuador may be a benchmark for the most
advanced ones.

How about a specific drive p2p-brazil towards publishing and promoting
collaboration having Brazil as a focus this year?
