[P2P-F] Pagerank, attack-resistant trust metrics and Currency theories

This is an DRAFT document on a new currency proposal. On its basis is the
idea of commonification of the means of production.  This seams to me to
have less administrative costs than previous solutions, allowing for p2p
value creation groups to form with zero friction.
