[P2P-F] Amazon Alternatives?

I'm quite surprised that there isn't some kind of international
cooperative bookstore that brings together small and independent
bookstores together in a kind of alliance to connect with customers
around the world.

I like some of the charity book stores like oxfam but many of them don't
deliver internationally.
