Zur Mobilisierung für den "Turiner Juli" (EU-Gipfel zur
Jugendarbeitslosigkeit am 11. Juli 2014 in Turin) und den "Herbst der
Kämpfe" der europäischen sozialen Bewegungen haben AktivistInnen der
Interventionistischen Linken (Deutschland) und der Koalition der Sozialen
Zentren (Italien) einen Aufruf unter dem Titel Die europäische Kommune in
mehreren Sprachen verfasst.

Darin wird nicht nur ein Grundeinkommen gefordert, sondern die Garantie
einer umfassenden sozialen Infrastruktur, die das Recht auf Wohnen,
Ernährung und Gesundheitsversorgung, das Recht auf Mobilität und Zugang zu
Information einschließt. Diese Garantie ist wie die Garantie des
Grundeinkommens "universal, d. h. umfassend und für alle, und
unkonditioniert, d. h. frei von jeder Bedingung."

Der Aufruf knüpft an die Debatte um die Soziale Infrastruktur an, mit der
für einen bedingungslosen Zugang nicht nur zu einem Grundeinkommen, sondern
auch zu den oben genannten Kernelementen der sozialen Infrastruktur
plädiert wird. Ebenso wird damit auf die derzeit viel diskutierte Frage der
(Wieder-) Aneignung derCommons, des allen gemeinsam Gehörenden, Bezug
genommen - und nicht zuletzt auf den Zusammenhang von Grundeinkommen und
Commons selbst.
Viele aktuelle Grundeinkommensansätze und -modelle in Deutschland
beinhalten die Forderung nach einem universalen, bedingungslosen Zugang
aller zu Daseinsvorsorge und gesellschaftlicher Teilhabe.
