wonderful news Vasilis, and this merits an official announcement in our
international blog!

perhaps we should organize a hangout on the proposed theme, with Bernardo
and others, after the end of june, when i'm back home,

Michel

Friends, this title "
Researching p2p practices in a fragmented state

is so strong and compelling that it takes me to suggest for Michel and/or
others to explore further, in a special article or post, the implications
p2p in a fragmented state, that, after all, is a fragility of all states
today. I think that, although Greece is a specially serious case in this
regard, the potential of p2p for the governance of the Commons deserves
serious debates in the spaces where we are in Latin America, in all
metropolitan regions.

Would you like to expand on that?
