Dear All,
This is to bring to your knowledge that Two/2
Environmentally Sound Technologies (ESTs) have been developed recently
for full & direct re-utilization of e-Waste/WEEE & 17 other categories
of Assorted Wastes including Polymer/Plastic wastes. These are under the
management of RESCUW Earth Technologies & Advisory LLP (RETA Llp)
organization.
International Process Patents has been applied for both
ESTs at International Bureau,WIPO,Geneva with International Searching
Authorities at Austria,Australia, China,Sweden,USA & European Patent
Offices for filing & processing under PCT.
Both these ESTs mitigate the
hazard arising from the global phenomenon of generation/ accumulation of
Wastes in all forms and excludes all biodegradable & biomedical wastes.
Details of the two/2 ESTs are as follows:
1) TECHNOLOGY FOR
RE-UTILIZATION of WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)
*
TITLE: A PRODUCT FOR WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)
RE-UTILIZATION AND PROCESS THEREOF
* International Patent applic.:
PCT/IN2013/000244, Dt. 08/05/2013 & Indian Patent applic.:
1714/MUM/2012.
* Article published in the Marine newsletter GlobalMET
Newsletter,New Zealand. (visit
http://rescuwearth.com/files/documents/GlobalMET.WEEEartcl.pdf [1])
*
Listed under 'Waste management', as a WIPO GREEN Technology (Publication
Date: May 26, 2013),visit
https://www3.wipo.int/green/green-technology/resources/green_technology/greenSearchBL.xhtml.
* Prototypes have been prepared & tested successfully
2) TECHNOLOGY
FOR RE-UTILIZATION of ASSORTED WASTES & PLASTICS.
* TITLE: PROCESS OF
TREATING AND RE-UTILIZING ASSORTED WASTES AND POLYMERS
* Raw material
in this technology include 17 categories of Wastes including
Plastics,C&D,used Tyres Waste as per European Waste Catalogue (EWC).
*
International filed: PCT/IN2013/000245, Dt. 08th May,2013 & Indian
Patent filed: 1746/MUM/2012.
* Conference Paper presented in Naval
Conference, IWCEM,May 2013 (visit
http://rescuwearth.com/files/documents/IWCEM.CcSiz1.20130521191109502.pdf
[2])
* Listed as a WIPO GREEN Technology (Publication Date: May 26,
2013).
* Prototypes have been prepared & tested successfully
Total
Four/4 nos of Prototypes/POC have been prepared successfully & undergone
various relevant mechanical processes + tests conducted at different
Independent, Internationally accredited, Third Party registered Material
testing laboratories, which are Industry recognized (visit
http://rescuwearth.com/mechanical-treatment-of-prototypes [3] for
viewing the Test certificates).
In addition to above, the ESTs are
emission free, energy efficient, economical, safe and have an enormous
employment generation/ job creation potential, because wastes are fully
utilized in manufacturing and construction of various products
/items,also as valuable substitute for many types of Raw materials,
leading to conservation of Environment & precious natural resources like
Wood,Stone, Granite etc & enabling positive Carbon sequestration.
I am
an Associate Professor-Marine Engineering in a Pune (India) based
Maritime College & the ESTs are part of an independent and individual
technical project (this was preceded with un-successful attempts made
twice earlier in 2008 & 2012, when Provisional Patents 881/MUM/2008 &
55/ MUM/2012 were filed).
Details with photographs & uses can be
accessed on http://rescuwearth.com [4]. The ESTs can be implemented for
use in all cities & countries, after technology transfer, Licensing
agreement with RETA Llp.
Discussion are in progress with a few
entities/organizations.
Thanks & BRGDS,
- Rahul Nagpaul
