[P2P-F] a dream project for the p2p foundation, who can help?

I've added reference to Anishinaabe Council of Three Fires, which is a
confederacy of tribes that was founded here in Michigan during the 6th
century, will add more resources about it, details of governance
structure, etc (was and is  similar to Iriquois 5 nations)
