Resuming abit: i am looking for protocols convertable into private
contracts between different orgs for decentralizing propertiy rights
while letting the use of those properties to be easily accesible in
different ways :

a)the maximum people for orgs' members or not could use it,

b)just orgs networks' members could use it, (and-or grant others using it)

c)etc.

i'd say that i'd like the "a)" to be the default way wherever posible.
i have some stuff for helping grant that, but it's a bit offtopic in
this issue probably.
