[P2P-F] Post on Revocable Proxy Voting

Dear Michel,

I've heard this from a few sources. The post was written before #ows
and was (somewhat) hastily put out the door as the idea started to
spread from its roots.

I'll try and take a crack at this in the next day or two. Thanks for
