I'm all for it Orsan, I just think that this is not so easy as it sounds and
that different people are already trying to do this ...

my sense is that such a group needs an 'object' around which to coalesce,
which can for example be the planning of a future conference or some such ..

your own initiative could be the basis for it for example, but I think
people need some extra motivation for more 'continuous' networking ...
