[P2P-F] David Ronfeldt engages in extenso with partner state hypothesis

i appreciate your circulating my post abt the partner state.

it will be a while before i finish part 2.

first, i expect to do a summary overview post comparing and  
contrasting timn and p2p, in a general sense.  i'm working on it now.   
but, at the rate i'm getting things done, it'll still be a couple  
weeks before a draft is ready for review.
