[P2P-F] Sharing Costs and Swapping Skills for Use-Value Production

If we accept all you say, we still need to solve how swaping will happen and
how our system will be enforced. Till now we used money because that was the
most efficient way, so our solution must be equally efficient.
In general, I dont find anything wrong.
