[P2P-F] historical success of shorter working week

Dear Tom,

would it be possible to extract that part on the commons-based (Elinor
Ostrom) strategy from restarting a dynamic shorter work time movement, for
excerpting in our p2p blog? in odt or doc format? (we can attach to scribd
chapter to it as an embed function)
