[P2P-F] Bitcoin @ EFF

It is and would be.

The issue there is that they're very tightly focused on the  
developers' community. They want to help small groups collaborate on  
projects, and are not strong believers in the ability of a currency to  
be used for goods and services in a p2p fashion across all sectors.
