In this PAD link you can access to the infrastructure part of the Fcforum
2010 working progress declaration. This part was missing in the version sent
yesterday by Simona Levi, so please click in the link, read it, edit it if
you consider necessary or/and send your comments on this part to me or this
e-list. This part will be added to the whole text in a following release by
Simona.

This infrastructure section of the declaration is the result a rich process
including the analysis of 15 questionnaires to Fcforum participants and
collaborators, notes from the infrastructure groups during the Fcforum 2010,
