In the 2008 RAE Essex Business School was ranked 2nd in the Accounting and
Finance Unit of Assessment and 95% of the research output submitted was
graded as international quality.

We are currently looking to appoint a Lecturer in our Management Group to:

Enhance the School’s research profile;
Develop undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervision;
Extend the School’s profile regionally, nationally and internationally
through collaboration with other institutions.
We welcome applications from candidates with an interest in any area of
Business and Management and particularly encourage academics with an
interest in Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Strategy,
International Business, and/ or Operations Management. Applicants should
have a postgraduate degree or equivalent level qualification in management
or a related discipline and have demonstrable potential in teaching and
research in their chosen specialism.

Salary: £36,862-£44,016 per annum
