[P2P-F] Traditional Indigenous Knowledge listed as Intangible Cultural Heritage, in the Colombian Amazon

I was following the nomination process of several Colombian intangibles to
the UNESCO's *Intangible Cultural Heritage* list, I think that actually the
most interesting one (which seemingly was not vouched this time) is the
figure of the 'Palabrero' from the Wayuu culture (Guajira province,
caribbean coast in north Colombia). Here's the link:
