[P2P-F] Students for Free Culture Education position paper

Unfortunately, I have been ill, then conferencing and now with iron
commitments on urgent projects ...

all I can do is offer commentary on what has been done, but I cannot
possibly co-draft a paper at this time,

really sorry for this,
