Sorry, it was another problem, it was my fault: I forgot to update the 
Packages.gz file at ourproject.org, now it works:

sudo apt-get install linux-headers-2.6.21-rc7

Well... now.... later I will check the other kernel's packages that have some 
dependencies problems, thanks for your other mail with info related to 
dependencies issues, I will follow your advices..
