If you are using it from the live cd, just root

If you installed it, you allready told the system about it ;)

root :D

Also, you can use sudo

So, if you are into the live cd and you are the knoppix user, execute  
(into a terminal, for instance, konsole)

sudo -i

or 

sudo some_command

or you can use kdesu and then type root as a password
