I dont really know about all the MIDI USB devices in the world, but I am sure 
about this ones from M-Audio (midiman) (1)

    * This USB MIDI interfaces are supported by ALSA and don't need non-free 
firmware:

M Audio USB MidiSport Quatro
MidiSport 2x4 (3)
Newer KeyStation models (49e, 61es, Pro 88)
