The main event on the Commons this year, in Berlin, (where we were invited)
will use Move Commons stickers in the registration, for all participants :)

this sounds like a wonderfull idea to me, it does not only helps to get
Move-Commons known but also that ppl at ECC identify each other more easily
in their respective fields of activity.

I'd prefer the second option - i.e. distribute the stickers at the
registration and then let ppl. figure out their move-commons-profile,
will discuss this with Heike, as this needs to be taken into account for
the registration.

Would you be available to assist to the ppl. at the registration desk (not
for the whole time but for an hour or a little more on May 22...

Hey Silke, David,

Thanks again for your invitation to the ECC conf. I wanted to propose
you something.

I was also invited to the side event

and talking with its organizer Franco, he had the idea of distributing
there the Move Commons stickers we have used other times. The idea is to
provide empty sticker badges and many small sticker icons, so people can
fill them in with the characteristics of their initiative/project/org:

In Mozilla Drumbeat we just left them on the tables, while in the
Digital Commons conf they were distributed in the registration to all
participants (so they can stick them in their conf badges, along with
their name).

Would that be useful for the large ECC conf? Or is it too much a hassle?
