<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11pt;"><font size="1">Diversos movimentos, pessoas e coletivos unem-se para o 3º Ato Público para a melhoria da política pública cultural da cidade de Campinas. O objetivo desse Ato é protocolar 3 dossiês na Câmara Municipal, para que os vereadores de Campinas tenham conhecimento das irregularidades que vêm ocorrendo na atual gestão da Secretaria de Cultura, e principalmente para que investiguem e tomem as providências necessárias para sanar essas iregularidades. Concomitantemente uma cópia dos dossiês será encaminhada ao Ministério da Cultura.</font></span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><font size="1">Estes documentos têm como finalidade revelar o total desrespeito da atual gestão para com a produção artística realizada no município, revelando um profundo desrespeito à classe artística e cultural e à população campineira. Eis alguns exemplos: total descaso em relação aos equipamentos públicos, uma vez que a maioria se encontra em situação de abandono ou em lentíssimo processo de recuperação (entretanto, somas vultosas para as reformas infindáveis continuam sendo requisitadas e gastas), ou ainda sendo substituídos por espaços administrativos; artistas que há anos trabalharam para a Prefeitura e não receberam o pagamento não foi feito até hoje; cobranças e burocratização para o uso dos espaços públicos em realizações artísticas e culturais; o Fórum de Cultura vem se mostrando altamente despreparado para se debater sobre as questões culturais do município, a começar que quer tornar-se um órgão privado; sobre os Pontos de Cultura, o Tribunal de Contas do Estado está promovendo uma auditoria do Convênio 051 entre o Ministério da Cultura e a Prefeitura de Campinas, pois as irregularidades da Prefeitura como administradora do convênio são muito grandes e evidentes.</font></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11pt;"><font size="1">Não pode-se deixar que estas e outras inúmeras irregularidades, geradas pela incapacidade de gestão da atual Secretaria de Cultura de Campinas, continue acontecendo sem as devidas investigações.</font></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11pt;"><font size="1">Assim, pede-se a colaboração de todos vocês através da divulgação e da presença neste Ato Público.
