 As we are now with a somehow production beta running (kune.cc), we should
 take care asap of legal issues. That means we should have a "Terms &
 Agreements" document that specifies that we are not responsible of the bad
 use of the software, that we have a strong privacy policy, and all that
 stuff.

 Maybe a good start is RiseUp CrabGrass terms of service:
 https://we.riseup.net/account/signup

 Could we ask Javier de la Cueva or another lawyer about that?
