 For me, to create a new "anything" from a document is a litte bit,
 strange...

 A proposal:
 - In folders, you have the "super button", then, you can create everything
 there (this is the current situation).
 - If you are in a documents (of any type: docs, blog posts, wiki pages,
 etc), you have the supper button, but there when you use it, you are
 adding gadgets (voting, etc) to the current document. Also you can add
 wave "Robots" to the wave in such a way.
