Summary: Make a chat notification library to users 

Initial Comment:
In server, login as admin and send messages from @site.domain to some user at site.domain with notifications like:

- First welcome message
- When someone want to participate in a group
- When admins of a project accept the participation

Use smack and the values of kune.properties. We can create a class like XmppUtils.java
