Sorry, I reported wrongly the problem. After more testing I have it clearer:
* If we open in the Inbox a document that is in the root of the Document tool, the bread crumb shows (focusing only on the icons): [group icon] [document icon] [document icon]. This in the first glance seems very confusing: a document inside another document? E.g.: http://kune.cc/#!kune.cc/w+kx0cucpzkrgmCk
* The same happens with lists (a list inside a list?): http://kune.cc/#!kune.cc/w+13ce7ljof0xdpDm
* Or events, etc http://kune.cc/#!kune.cc/w+1o6f4s1qtz8ina

Proposal:
Keep same icon but use a yellow background instead of white, when the icon refers to a tool and not to a document. This way it's clear that it's a &quot;container&quot; (like a folder... in fact it's the root folder of that tool), keeping the same code of colors. There would be a clear difference between the root folder of the tool and the documents.

In the bread crumb, the folders have the same icon as the documents.
