Sorry but this clarifies that for the newbie user, but all the rest of users we read the same bigo message "please edit bla bla bla", so I'll prefer the previous one that is accurate for both...

As a generic not-project-developer user I am completely at a loss. I see a message saying that I have not written my bio yet. Is the *message itself* the bio? Is the bio some attribute of my account? Or random alternative possibility X?
