<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">We have been working on some ideas for JoPP#13 OPEN and one of them is to contact a small number (10 max?) of open access peer reviewed journals that we like to offer them the possibility of re-publishing an article or
an editorial / manifesto. This would help foster the cross-pollination of open access journals, fits in with the OPEN theme, etc.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">1-we <span style="font-size: 12pt;">have </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">already
</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">thought of Ephemera and tripleC; can people suggest other journals that might be appropriate for us to approach?</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">2-do you think we should request an article, or an editorial / manifesto?</p>
