[JoPP-Public] PDF versions of articles

Hi all,
in order to disseminate further my article in Issue #10, I printed it as 
a .pdf on macOS Sierra (normal printing to .pdf) and I'd say that the 
results are fine for me (it should be the print.css file), so in case 
the plugin does not work well we could generate the .pdf manually for 
each article and just put the .pdf file available for download. See the
