[JoPP-Public] epub version

hi, i made an epub version of issue #6, since i read mostly from my
ebook reader and wanted to catch up.  i'm sharing it here in case anyone
finds it useful :)

the plan is to make one per issue, though it requires considerable work
(30 minutes correcting format! :P)
