[JoPP-Public] Revised article page, proposal

Hi all

for a suggestion how to change the article pages to include meta-data, incl. reviewing process, abstract and keywords.
If I don't hear strong negative voices over the coming 24 hours I'm going to implement this change and push it to production on Sunday
This change would consequently *not* require the issue 8 team to implement the changes suggested by Mathieu (below).
