For some, affiliation is important, so it would be good for authors to have the option. It is important for me. So if possible, please add affiliation (at end?). You can use the affiliation description below,

* service announcement: in preparation for the release of issue#5 we basically overwrote everything on the live site which changed since we made a clone (called "staging"). before doing that, i took care to backport any important changes which occured in the meantime, such as new and updated pages, news items, etc. in case something was lost we have a copy to restore from. the moral of the story is that if there was something small but dear to you on the website, something that you changed in the last months (for instance your password?) then please check if it is still there!

* editorial question: the authors of one paper asked if we can display their institutional affiliations. we are not sure about this so we decided to ask the opinion of the list. please provide us some guidance!
