Hi Peter, maxigas

I approve the legitimate ones but you are right: I never got around to figuring whether, and if yes how, they should appear. I am not sure how to implement this and do not really care either way, so if you think it is necessary and wish to figure out how to do it, go right ahead (unless someone else objects?).

if pingbacks (or comments) are not presented via the corresponding template they do not show on the site

the full width page template does not show comments or pingbacks

if that would be desired, the people deciding on the design of the journal should decide how to implement that
